Review: The Scorch Trials #2 by James Dashner
Hello Readers:SYNOPSIS:
Solving the Maze
was supposed to be the end.
Thomas was sure that escape from the Maze would
mean freedom for him and the Gladers. But WICKED isn’t done yet. Phase Two has
just begun. The Scorch.
There are no rules. There is
no help. You either make it or you die.
The Gladers have two weeks to cross through the
Scorch—the most burned-out section of the world. And WICKED has made sure to
adjust the variables and stack the odds against them.
Friendships will be tested.
Loyalties will be broken. All bets are off.
There are others now. Their survival depends on
the Gladers’ destruction—and they’re determined to survive.
CRITICISM:
Okay this book
has everything you’re looking for, well specially action. This freaking book is
packed with action, since the beginning. And it will keep you sweating and
confused while you are reading it. Just like the synopsis says everything will
be tested you can’t trust in anyone, you feel paranoid, and vulnerable. I read
the three books and I think that this one is the best of all three, because you
never get bored and Man! I read it so fast, not like the first one, The Maze
Runner #1 was a slow read because you have to analyze all the information they
are giving to you.
I totally
recommend The Scorch Trial to be you´re next reading, or to become you´re
current read. And we have to give James Dashner applause for giving me such jump
scares; I literally got scared in a part of the story because I got so into the
story, that when the character got scared I got scared too!
